Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt of product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since this is a grooming product, we are unable to accept used products due to sanitary reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping for any return.

If a product is found to be defective a refund will be submitted once product has been received, inspected, and approved.
